Looks like they were trying to give minor movements as the boat was extracted.
not a huge drop if the boat slid out of its sling but I would think the act definitely merits "high risk" pay.....or just plain dumb??

Boat appears to be resting over some type of wheeled transport.
Guys on the ground appear to be actively pulling on lines. My first thought is they are shifting their weight so the boat can be landed level???
I am not crane operator but I don't think there is an ability to adjust side to side when using spreader bars?
