Looks like they were trying to give minor movements as the boat was extracted.
not a huge drop if the boat slid out of its sling but I would think the act definitely merits "high risk" pay.....or just plain dumb??

I am not crane operator but I don't think there is an ability to adjust side to side when using spreader bars?

Rigging companies insurance..raised/revoked. Crane operators license.......revoked. Crane operaters insurance........ revoked
but hey, look at the bright side, they can sell that silt fence on Ebay...still looks in great shape.
