Most are backed up this time of year

A simple phone call can work wonders, lack of communication leads to suspicion. I get delayed all the time but make sure I stay in touch with my clients, although they might not like the delay they appreciate the call and reset their expectations. Not sure if that did or did not happen here but when checks are written the game changes.

Completely agree with Indy, if communication remains open by both parties, most obstacles can be overcome. Hope it works out.
