And while all that's being posted. Different opinions etc. Salt VS. fresh. NO DIFFERENCE. The difference is in care. Does salt water needs more care? Yes. Does Fresh water owners/marinas lack in care? Yes. Salt or fresh. Get to know the owner and the boats history. There can be lemons in both areas and jems as well.

Besides the salt and the number of electrolysis reactions that tremendously accelerate corrosion you mean .. yeah besides that no difference for sure

I been in FW and SW. Both needs appropriate care. Once a year of washing the bilge in FW is not it. The biggest problem in FW boats that owners don't think what needs to be done. Thus the problems. Not tor mention the negative issues with frost. etc. I know many of marinas and owners in W and the winterization is not adequate. PERIOD.

So I should wash my dry bilge down with fresh water and spray it with WD40 for no reason? Again, laughable. I'll do something important like change my drive and engine oil. Where do you florida crackers Come up with this garbage? Are we talking salt water or bath salts? Lmfao
