Yes, it was near Captain's Quarters in Louisville - a popular riverside watering hole and restaurant. I guess this guy had some friends in high places to get the story taken down. Probably explains why he wasn't busted for more serious charges. Not his first brush with DUI. Wish I had posted the text of the article now, just so his idiocy could remain exposed on the web. I'm sure he will provide us with some more fodder in the near future - hopefully he won't take out an innocent bystander next time.
