Order the drain cup and a through hull for the pop up light too. Also, make sure, when you cut to mount the light that you have clearence for the drain cup.

If you use a carabiner, try using a Munter hitch it will provide slack nicely to set the anchor and as soon as you tie the slack end to a cleat it will lock
