Well,here I go .Mister 28SABER get your story straight. Fountain never had Skater build his race boats. Lilly had Peter build 3 boats in With fountain molds. Banker, Jawanna, and the Poster Child. None since 98. Peter does lay ups for other Manufactures too because he is the Best. As far as rough water boats verses calm water boats, Thats just an old excuse for some one with a slow boat. A good boat will run 100 percent 100 percent of the time.
The fastest F2 boats are Fountains I drove the 38 and won Championships in it. It out ran other boats in the calm and the rough. I call 6's and 8's rough and that fever would run on top of them.
