Cigarette on E-Bay, One of only two made?

This boat is again on ebay. i have always seen it as a NO RESERVE auction. so i would figure that at the end of the auction the high bidder would own the boat. i guess not since the boat keeps coming back on ebay. i emailed the seller and asked why the boat keeps coming up for auction.
here is his response, " There were no previous auctions. There was a previous auction where the little girl liked the boat. "
i'm just curious about this boat and why it hasn't sold if the auctions were no reserve and why someone would think that by repeating the same thing over and over he would get a different result.

It is a NO RESERVE auction. What they are doing is just ending it(which they can at any time) before the auction ends, and re-listing it. So technically the will only let it end if the bid goes to the amount they want.
They are using NO RESERVE to sucker in the bidders.
But they will end it again I am sure
