When Tim, Frisina, and I entered into the agreement releasing Tim from further liability all monies owed on the new boat were put in escrow in my control. As far as I know Tim and Frisina aren't very fond of each other. Frisina allegedly owes Tim and OCM substantial monies in warranty repairs on new and used boats that were incomplete or unsafe for use (please note my use of allegedly Mr. A.)
