Chris. First you and your family will be in my prayers. Trust in God and believe. My family suffered a very traumatic event with my sons wreck a couple of years ago. God got us through it. I just had a patient pass this last year at the very blessed age of 82. He had been the recipient of a donar kidney from his daughter and lived a very meaningful life for many decades after his transplant. Be a good patient and follow all your doctors orders.
God Bless

Stay positive and fight for your daughter. I just went through a tough surgery a couple of weeks ago and knew my wife and kids need me to get better. That gets me out of bed every day even when I'm mentally drained. You're at one of the best hospitals in the country and in great hands. You'll get through this.

As others have said "YOU" stay positive. I was diagnosed in 2000 with kidney disease. I lost 48#s that year from 248 to 200 and i lift every day. I thought i was dying slowly. I have been stable, for the most part, since then with meds. STAY POSITIVE it will help physically!!
