I read several pages of the link to riverdaves, seems he was out on the town acting as nothing was wrong.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. As a community we should keep this thread near the top until all boats/funds have been recovered. Good luck. You sound a lot more calm than I would be...

Don- have you talked to the police about listing the boat as stolen? Don't know if it would help or not but might get more eyes (electronic and human) looking for boat.

A few yrs back I trade a guy my Mtn Sled for a Polaris Rzr, next day went and tried to register the RZR found out it was stolen. Long story short after talking with the sherffi was I couldnt report my sled stolen as we had agreed on the trade even thou the Rzr was stolen. They had a name for it cant remember what it was. I ended up getting the sled back a day later with a few hundred more miles on it. Turns out he traded my sled for a pickup that same night. Guy got his pickup back and I got my sled back, guy was arrested with Meth, and a 7 day old baby.

If there is some kind of contract with OCM you might be taking him to court rather then reporting your boat stolen, it really shows you cant trust anyone anymore.

I have called and reported it with the Lake Havasu police, and coast guard. Not thinking anyone will get anything from Tim ( except screwed).
Recovery will most likely be the only hope at this point.

Did they allow you to actually report it stolen? With a report number and placing it into the natl stolen veh system?

My buddy that got his eliminator back was able to report the conquest stolen too. Used a repo company tracked the boat to Palm Springs and is in the process of repoing the boat.

If you did report the Nordic stolen Havasu pd should be able to tell you where the boat is reg'd if it is no longer regd in your name. And if that is in fact what happened, false documents were used to reg the boat. Whole new set of charges for Tim.

Does this only involve Tim and his wife or are there "employees" that everyone needs to be wary of as well? Just curious since the original OCM was based here in Portland and I may run into some of his "colleagues" here...?
