I haven't seen them use that logo in years. They were a World Champion in like 2000 or 2001 in a single engine class 32 Dominator. It wasn't a factory team but the factory may have helped them. It was a cool logo but once their line of CC's came out they went to a Sunsation script logo instead since CC's and Offshore Racing don't really go together.

Every boat built by cigarette is bought and paid for before it leaves the factory. Every color, detail is picked out by the future owner, right down to the stitching on the seats. Every boat is a "custom boat" built to the customers taste. I'm not sure how fountain ran their business but I know they built and floor planned a lot of unsold boats.

Wow you Cig boys sure some something I have seen the same paint on several cigs, and you wanna tell me that Lip-Ship never floor planned any cigs LOL

Lipship makes the boats much more custom than the factory does, which is the complete opposite of production. I never said a custom boat was better than a production boat, it's just built to the customers taste. You fountain boys are just very assuming.
