Is this a flat one or one in a frame?

If it's flat, go buy a piece of polycarb in the correct thickness. Use the old one as a template and make your own.

Yep, I've made several. I dont think that windscreen is to awfully thick maybe 3/16 or 1/4 so it should cold form no prod. If you use polycarbonate you can bend the sh!t out of it without concern. Arcylic will also bend but some care is necessary.

Poly - much stronger but does not handle UV rays well and surface scratches easily

Acrylic - glossier and much more resistant to surface scratches but can crack under impact.

Neither cut easily with anything like a jig saw. Buy the actual laminate bit used in a trim router and use your windscreen for a guide template.
