Thanks for the kind words Billy.

Twin Step Pad bottom; Still likes to carry the nose a bit high and crawl on the pad.

The back seat cover is removable as well.

Boat is 16yrs old, we have modified the bottom multiple times. Everything with the motors (except machine work) and dialing in has been done by us. Boat was originally rigged by Dan MacNamara @ Archer. The kilo vee record at the time had just been set by the 42' Fountain Ocean Spray @ 134mph. Times have sure changed......

Has been a fun project with my dad over the years!
The 145mph run was also done on a damaged skeg. The tach's were off noticeably as well. Anyone who drives a pad-bottom or any fast vee-bottom boat knows lateral balance is crucial.

Hat's off to Wilson as well. They fixed the skeg, and you can't even tell anything happened.

I look forward to watching this boat run the Shootout every year, and it never ceases to amaze me. Hands down IMO, the most impressive Vee Bottom out there. 16yr old hull, full cabin, pad bottom, massive power, and father and son who drive it like they stole it....and puts up numbers like that in the mile. They get my vote. May not be the fastest, but it is hands down the most impressive.
