Read post about the pitch and blades, there is days of it on here. Yes that is the basic, a B1 24/ Mirage25 are considered a swap, the 3 blade should be a bit faster. Try the 24 first, it might get you on plane faster and should be the same top end as the 23. just check you WOT rpms and see if you are in a good range for your motor

Start looking for your next boat, cause the bug will bite! Then you'll want a bigger and faster one.

The bug that Rollin is talking about they come with the skanks but you can go to the doctor and get a shot for that, the other bug will empty your wallet.

Congrats and enjoy boating. That will be a fun first performance boat. You'll get the itch soon after and want something bigger & faster.

I'm happy to hear you are new to performance boating and taking the leap to own a boat. The sport and performance boating hobby needs more of that.

We had our 27' for about 1 week and agreed that we needed a bigger boat! LOL (but it's true).

Had lots of fun on the 27, however!

Think I am the odd man out lol.

Bought a 35' boat for my first power boat and can't wait to go down in size.

Enjoy the boat though, great boat and a lot of fun

First off, welcom to boating and oso...
where are you located and where is the boat from, fresh or salt . If possible have it surveyed before purchase, this can save you a lot of money and stress down the road. Congratulations if it all works out!
