the production was bad/poor quality in 2015 but it was free. so I could tolerate it. anyone heard if SBI/Livestream/Cleeng will address quality issues? blurry video that sometimes cuts out completely, I'm not paying even a little for that.. I sent cleeng a question about this but I think they are just the payment processor..have not heard back yet

So the first event of the season is this weekend. Does anyone really think the coverage was good enough to pay for last year? It's not a lot of money but it's the principle of the thing.
I saw an often blurry feed with adequate but not exciting commentary and few camera angles. Let's get some live shots from the helicopters please. If I am not mistaken one of the races last year was a blackout due to technical issues.
I realize over the internet video won't be crystal clear/HD for the whole feed but I'm not paying for the same quality as last year. OPA is on youtube Live according to their website.
I saw the TV specials. Those were good high quality productions. If live coverage came close to the quality in the TV specials I might pay for it. SBI should think about making the events Pay Per View with HD cameras from several vantage points like from the helicopters from the boats and from shore
the technology exists, it seems the will does not.
If anyone does the Pay Per View please let us know what the experience is like on this forum.
Or if I should and stop being a just say so
