Couple 272's that are listed near me. I know nothing about them other than what is listed in their ad's. They Look pretty clean from what I can tell.

Not crazy about the colors on this one though

I very much appreciate your suggestions. Although the 272 rides high on the top of my list of boats to look for/at, i've become a bit picky about the engine packages and looks of the boat. General build I am looking for in the 272 or other boat is;
1) 27-33 ft.
2) nice cabin area
3) B-1's or better
4) dual engine - either big horsepower - 500hp per or something smaller, more petrol economical yet peppy like the 320's. Reliability is important here.
5) hull and all glass parts are in good shape/no rot.
6) some means of temporarily quieting exhaust
7) prefer no beachball themed paint/wrap
8) nice vinyl
9) Very stable and sturdy boat
10) a brand/model that has very good resale numbers
I started this adventure looking to limit my purchase to $18K max...this got bumped up for a very special 272 and if I can get that much more boat going to $25K, I would see if I can make that happen.
I've been ready to move on this since April, seeing the cash just sitting in a bank account ready to be used is killing me.
Please find me a sweet way to drain that account

Hi Guys - just want to close out this thread. I ended up going with a 1994 Active Thunder - Thunder 32. Pics and a bit more on the back story are @ this thread (if interested)
