Default Tie Bar help

I have two TRS drives out the back of my old cigarette and the join on one outdrive where the rod connects vertically to the top of the drive with the circular bolt connection has sheared off from metal fatigue/corrosion
is this part easy to replace can anyone help me??
also you see some boats modified with multiple tie rods and bars is the extra ridgitiy really worth it should I consider this?
thanks
