Hey outlaw 25, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I'm on my 4 th outlaw. Trust me, a stock 23 pitch 3 blade prop will work best. Its the best of both worlds. You don't need anything fancy or expensive. The stock prop will get you on plane quickly and give you good top speed. Either mirage or vengeance prop. Can't check my prop, still in storage

Look at the calibration sticker on the ECU. It will say right on it if it is an HO.

i concur with whats been said, my 22.5' boat spins 5100 rpm with a 21 pitch Rev 4 blade, awesome hole shot but only 61 mph gps. bought a 23 pitch mirage plus hoping for similar rpm's with top speed around 65-67

To me the 23p seems under propped for that. I have a 496 mag non ho in my 2007 270 Convincor, running a 26p bravo 4 blade and can see 66.7 mph on GPS. I would verify everything was ok with your engine and drive. also what ratio drive do you have?

The 23 might hit the rev limiter. I had a 24 Outlaw with about hopped up 454 mag with about 420hp and would spin a 23 Mirage Plus to about 5400rpms.
Call BBlades and use their test program.
