New interior going in the boat this week. The interior was a little sun faded from being in AZ but not bad. Now the boat is truly going to be "like new".

I have one OSO member very interested in a 1/4 share. I will keep one share for myself to use for promotional rides or demos.

1/4 share gets you 12 weeks per year. The Key West and Miami Boat Show weeks are available for an extra charge.

Although we will select our weekends like the draft, if a member doesn't verify the boats usage in advance, any member is able to use the boat when not in use and it won't count against your time.

I personally won't be able to come down more than 3-4 times a year so at least 8 of my weeks the boat will be available to members at no additional cost.

I have a captain at the marina who will take the boat off the lift, clean it, and have it waiting with a full cooler of your choice tied up to the floating docks. When you return, he will place the boat back on the lift, flush the motors and re cover the boat. This valet/concierge service will insure that the boat is inspected after each use and that it stays in excellent shape.

Only way would be for you take the boat out with my captain.

The fractional lease allows for you to captain your own boat and will be directly added to our insurance policy as a qualified operator.

If demand warrants, we are open to purchasing another vessel - probably a 330 Airship rigid with twin 350s.

This vessel could accommodate up to 5 (possibly 6) members and would be stored closer to Ft. Lauderdale.

How do you determine which ten weeks are available for owner?

first person who pays and signs lease gets to pick
second person next.....and so on.

When we have 4 members....

Member 1 will pick his week first
Member 2 next
Member 3 third
Member 4 fourth and fifth
Member 3 sixth
Member 2 seventh
Member 1 eighth and ninth.

As we are ramping I will allow member 1 to pick 2 or 3 weeks up front for being the first customer.

I expect this to be a gentlemen's arrangement where we can all communicate and mostly get whatever weeks we desire.

I will not ask d-bags back if they don't play nicely.
