It is their old shop I think. As you get to the top of the hill and turn hard to the right it is the shop on the right.

I know the building your talking about. Back when I did business there, it was a metal fab shop.

It is 48X48 feet so I can have the boat inside. It will be real tight in there for now as Jay and I are shareing it. Hopefully he and I will be able to lighten the amount of stuff we have and it will work ok.
