My property in Henderson has had concrete walls with pvc pipe drain holes since the 70's with no issues.

Not sure, I have a bunch of electronic equipment I would like to get installed but been in S Florida to much.

Let's see if "this weekend" gets running.

On the river in Saint Joe, just down river of the BH launch ramp, river washed out under the sheets a few years ago, Insurance does not cover.
Had 16 foot sheets, the lake was at an all time low, had some big storms and snow melt, there was at least 10 feet of air space above the water, river washed underneath, only things holding the wall up was the tie-backs, they started snapping and sounding like a bullet being fired, next thing you know, 130 feet of 16' steel laying over in the river.

Redid it all with 30 foot sheets, layed down a lot of ballast in front of the sheets as well, only access was via the water. $1,000 a foot..
