I have not received my 400R yet (it will be delivered after Christmas), but I have owned a Verado 350 Sci with the 5,44 HD lower unit for 5 years. Max speed with the 350 Sci was 81-82 mph. Its on the edge for blow out, although I never experienced it. I also had lots of water pressure. My Merc Rev4 does not like to be jacked sky high, so thats the reason I beleive. The new 400R with have a Sportmaster LU with cambered skeg. Estimated top speed 86-87 mph. Its a ol lade you see y Phantom. 1985 model.

Hi!
I am not a dealer so the prices I put out here is approx. I think the Pro 25 cost approx USD 26,000 plus taxes. And the SV27 approx USD 38,000 plus taxes. Engine is not incuded ofcourse. Since the boats are custom made I am shure these prices are ballparks only.
Boats in Norway are very expensive, and approx USD 38,000 plus taxes (25% in Norway) are very good value here.

The quote I got was without engine, rigging, etc etc. More or less a bare hull. So a 45GT I presume included all hardware and engines? The cabin in the SV27 is only a "sleepover"

My quote was received before the summer. Since the boat is custom build I expect the final price to different.

Got another response last night. This is the summary of what was said:
SV27 hull and deck is $35K USD, takes 1 and a half months to build.
45GT hull and deck is $298K USD, takes 6-8 months to build.
I do not believe that adding basically another 18 feet of deck to a boat will multiply the build process by 6-8 times, and increase cost by more than 8.5 times, but I could be wrong.
