trailering is a pia but, remember in a rack situation.. all the boats above you drip salt/dirty water down on yours.. bird dropping are a problem .. also the fork lift drivers and the black marks left on the hull from them..

I called my local marina today (Tarpon Springs, FL) and was quoted $12/FT for rack storage. Is that pretty common pricing? Seemed a bit steep to me, Tarpon isn't a high-end area.

That is the same quote from Anclote harbor Marina

Home Port Marina in Ozona is also $12 a foot and to me is much nicer.

Thanks Nate. Yep, it was Anclote Marina. So, are the places in nicer areas, such as St. Pete and Clearwater, even more than $12/FT? Do you guys see $15/FT?

Only place with anything near $15 is Tierra Verde Resort marina but they are INCREDIBLE with your boat and they are worth it. Most everyone is $12/$13 a foot in the Pinellas area.
