They are expensive boogers.
Have you looked at any of the Bosch injectors.

Actually I am glad it is not currently. Have so much going on besides this plus dealing with the interior for the 29. I am currently 3 weeks behind in boat repair and have a whole another list waiting for boat winterizations as well and that's not counting a trip to Fargo and PRI coming up in Dec. On top of trips to Laveycraft in Corona CA.

#6 drive with crash boxes. Transmissions do not like 5" stroke motors. 9 transmissions in 2 years.

We have had that discussion. The problem is budget. We don't have the budget to develop a surface type drive for a single engine v-hull that has never had a surface drive on it. There is also the $8000 per propeller to look at. And from what I've been told, the #6 aren't any stronger than an SCX which is much more cost effective.

Talk to Electra on the actavator boat sight. He has the topless 30. He can tell you what drive will work. Has some pooo in it for power! 1150ish
