I don't think FF meant where anyone lives but if you read his comments he is referring to the fact that offshore is telling people what they need to do and spend X amount on money on their boats, not taking into account that most OSO folks have house payments, taxes, food and cloths for kids, light bills, heating bills, etc, and offshore doesn't. then calls people with normal household expenses "budget boaters" and cheap, when in his case he has none of these responsibilities!! that's all FF was referring to. all this advise coming from a guy who I suspect never assembled a big block engine certainly not the ones in his boat, nor tuned them, but sure can hand out the advise as if he has.

I was one of the first to call Phil out when he entered the offshore world on Facebook and OSO acting a fool. I never would of thought my opinion of him would be changed, but I offered my friendship and advice anyways and it paid off. Hey at least I'm man enough to admit it publicly even though it would be much easier not to stick up for Phil "315Duramax" when some are bashing him in this thread.
I tried to build a friendship with Tim, and support him after he was screwed by Bob just like I was, but hey I just don't like him. No big deal not everyone will be friends with everyone.
This thread is about TIMMY VS PHILLY, and who would win in a rough water race, well I posted my thoughts about them and the race, that's what you do on an OPEN FORUM.
I used to like Full Force Tim and dislike 315Duramax Phil, but now I just feel sorry for Tim and actually like Phil. I don't hate Tim though, and would have no problem tieing up next to him at the dock.
The difference is Phil is more then willing to listen to advice, he actually takes some of it, and appreciates it. He is growing as a person, and very passionate about this hobby. He's definitely made some mistakes but will accept responsibility for his own actions and improve. I've spoke to both of them over the phone and through Facebook and look forward to boating with Phil this summer. Don't misread this thinking I've been easy on Phil, I've told him exactly how I've felt without sugar coating it! Lol
Honestly I hope this rough water challenge happens and everyone has a safe fun run and enjoys a drink together afterward. Then when Phil wins he gets to take Brooke for a real boat ride;-)
The fued between these two is stupid, but entertaining as heck!

LOL so I don't listen to advice? FU Kevin.... you are the biggest reason I have been the way I was with my engines besides the actual problem, you fuel an fueled the chitstorm more then anyone!!

I can tell you one thing, the huge amount of advice helped and HURT my build... way to many involved, some do not like this round that I ama involving very few at all. you should see some of the PM's I have gotten about you and what people think... you play off like a high roller king of offshore since you got that boat, from what I know you live in a cruiser and do not even have a home!! of course its easy to travel for you with no house or utilities to pay... you fueled a huge mess and at the end of it you called alot of us and decided to "play nice" and patch things up,
Yes I helped bring the truth about Bob to light, and yes I helped patch things up between "Bob dislikers" and Brian Orlandi. Your welcome! Brian doesn't do business with Bob anymore, so why should we all have stayed in a fued against him? He already got kicked off OSO by being manipulated by Bob.
and kiss azz, you begged me to call Phil and make things cool,

funny part is I talked to Phil this past summer and we laughed about all the crap and said we will meet up one day, no big deal, no azz kissing, nothing... almost all your posts are kizing azz and trying to smooth things over...let it go Kevin, you are nobody special yourself, not a offshore racer, or anything great....
