Thats why I asked if the FOUNTAIN was graphics because in the pics it looks etched. How big is your mirrored stainless pieces L and W ? and are they heavy in weight ? do you know the weight per size ? thanks again. And it really does looked etched in the pics. Who did the graphics cause thats the way to go and easy to replace if ever needed plus would have to be alot cheaper than etching all that mirror stainless.

Sizing for my 38' staggered hatches ordered (2) 20" x 50.5" 304 Sheet #8 finish 18 Ga. with round edges $200 delivered. You could go with 20 or even 22Ga., I wanted to make sure there was zero fun house mirror effect. ADM Boat Vinyl Graphics ask for Adam 440-749-5692 he is reliable and ships fast.

Probably still gonna be a month or two till I get to mine but I am super glad you bumped this thread...I was gonna go with acrylic but not now!! looks killer with the stainless!! I have purple tinted acrylic now and it looks like it was drug behind a semi for a few miles hahaha

Thanks again for bringing this up rob!!

Discount steel stainless. Probably one of the easiest and inexpensive modifications I’ve done to the boat.

Tell me about the aluminum. In my business we manufacture exhausts along with all the brackets and hardware needed to make them work and my experience with polished aluminum is there is always a slight haze and very hard to keep bright just from air contact vs the #8 stainless which is a bear to polish but once it is polished it is like a mirror and resists elements that's why its used in the food industry. My concern in a marine environment would be under the hatch you have moisture and temperature changes that would affect the mirror finish.

No, its not, but everything has a price - except my old lady! :-)
