My local title service does boats, boat trailers and outboard motors.

If it turns out there is a lien on that boat, then you have a problem.

Copy of the title shows no lien holder plus I can run thru the TP&W = Texas Parks & Wildlife to see if in fact what else could be going on with title.

Just ran it and its legit. Everything matches and including hull serial number listed on title, name, address, regs and so on, including Engines and drive, Lists as engine is 300 hp also. No lien and no lien holder - it is a clear and free title since 2012. Just needs one place on the back of title signed.

The registration ran out on 4/30/2016, no big deal about that.
