Guess I need to update this thread and show off what I ended up with. I found a 91 30’ Scarab with twin 3.0 225efi mercs. Motors have low hours and I’ve done some basic maintenance on it and each time it keeps on improving. I also ended up buying a house on the water and have been lazily working on getting a boat lift put up. All in all I’m beyond excited about both and have zero regrets moving from the go fast boat to the center console. It fits my family so much better for the kind of boating we like to do.

Oh and I did have to get the arch shortened to clear a bridge but that wasn’t a big deal and a local welding shop did it for me supe reasonably. My house is the green one.
