Does this piss any one else off???

does than mean that someone can predict what a sober power boater will do????
actually the only thing implied is A BOATER, not boaters, of a drunken nature.... and i don't trust most sober ones let alone the drunk ones!!!!LOL

What canoe, I didn't se no stinkin canoe....... I agree, they should have to fly a visability flag. They made everyone in Glamis (the sand toy capital of the world, for those who don't know. Not uncommon to see a $100,000 sand toy in Glamis) fly one. They should go down the rapids, not the middle of the lake/river.
