Not to digress, but it's interesting that more people have listed the 41' Apache here than anything else (and I agree), yet Apache's sit forever on the market and few Sabers are being built (despite a great price point). Seems like people like Apaches better (big slower wave-crushing boats), but when it comes down to it they buy an Outerlimits or something (fast, light...).

Man it's hard to pick just 5! since it's borderline unanimous that Apache, Cigarette, and Donzi are there, I'll list my "others"
Formula SR-1 series (87-91) - 7 models ranging from 20'-35' all sharing great style and lines and delivering on performance, IMO hard to share DNA across that range of size without making the little ones look like they are trying too hard. (ya I'm bias
)
Fountain 10 meter - the very first beak we ever saw!
Glastron-Carlson cv series - okay maybe not "offshore", but their lines were way ahead of their time and they were no slouch in the speed department either. (Bond boat baby!)
Wellcraft Scarab sport 30 - go fast center console 30 years before they were popular
Pachanga 22 (86-91) - the best Sea Ray they ever made, big block power in a 20.5' boat with a Kevlar hull (again bias
)

47' Apache (Little Ceasars)
41' Apache (Warpath)
43' Scarab (Smokin' Joe) - I'd own it if I could afford it! (every time I talk about that boat it makes my blower whine & then I gotta take her shopping)
38' Scarab KV (Kaama)
31' Chris Stinger (My Blue Heaven)

this is the list! The Top Gun could be listed as a 38/39 as both boats are legendary and the 38 would include the original non-step versions.
Only change would be the OL52 swapped for a 50 NT w/triple diesels (like Bob's boat)......that boat has covered thousands of miles and even is a world record holder (KW to Mexico)!

Kind of surprising the 30' Sutphen isn't mentioned in at least one post. I know Sutphen isn't on the tip of everybodies tongue and seems like the brand everyone loves to hate. However, when the first 30' hit the racecourse it dominated the circuit. It has since/continues to win more than any other single brand.

17' Hydrostream Vector (if you can drive one of these over 90 mph you can drive anything)
18' Hydrostream V-King
31' IMP Eleganza
20' Seebold Eagle tunnel
SR-1 292 Formula
42' old school Fountain with triples.
19' Bayliner Trophy center console way overpowered with a 200 Optimax (chine walks at 60)
Ok,so I'm a little biased because I have owned or still own all of these.
