The senders and guages need to have a matched ohm range.
You probably only would have to change the oil psi senders(hard to get at on twins) and water temp senders(easy).

It really all depends on what guage you have. Factory Merc senders will work with most Livorsi guages.

Interesting about the O.E. Merc senders. I will need to find out which senders I have. These are 97 502 MPI but the dash had VDO. That is something I need to qualify for sure if they are different.
