I'm sure the 368 O/B will impact the sales of the 34' MTI....a wave taming 36 Skater running 120ish with O/B efficiency- very hard to say No!

Prob not as much as you think cause the two look completely different and have a different style. Both are fast and efficient, so for many it would come down to looks and comforts.

I bet you anything the 318 will handle rough just as good if not better than the 34 MTI. The 368 is just in another league overall

ok but that really tells me nothing about how efficient it is at various speeds, also seems like they had the throttles pinned a lot. Can you get at least 3 or 4 data points? 60, 80, 100, WOT??

The short answer is no. This is not a case where we send a test driver and a test team to gather data, which is far from financially feasible for one boat.To write our boat profiles (not to be confused with the type of performance reports Powerboat magazine used to generate) we interview all the principals involved but they are not at are disposal, so to speak, to gather performance data. We were able to do that with a couple of boats we ran in Miami, but that's because John Tomlinson and Bob Teague were there and generously offered their services.
