Old Morse shifter help
Hey, I'm working on an old Donzi (1966) and even though its no where ready for paint I put the top back on the hull but to do that I need to install a couple finish items. One is the controller. It is an old side mount Morse. I only got parts of it when I got the boat so I have no clue how it original hooked up but for the most part I have figured it out except for the shifter and the cable that attaches to it. There is 4 holes in the swing arm with A B C D next to them for longer strokes. What hole should I use with a Mercruiser shift plate on the other end?
PS, it has to be right because when you put the top back on the boat you cant get to the shifter without basically cutting the inner liner.
