Point Lookout State Park at the mouth of the Potomac (MD side). Beach on the west side of the little bay inlet is long and uncrowded. Can anchor and walk in to beach.

Interesting..ive been working at the Dominion LNG expansion in Cove Point. This area of the country is beautiful, and im definitely missing my boat
