Only take the hitch off when I need to use my bike rack, or at the end of the season. Bumper hitch? lol!

every a**hole who says one of these things when they find out you own a boat during a conversation-
You know what boat stands for- break out another thousand
you know a boat is just a hole in the water you throw money into
they say the happiest day for a boater is the day they buy their boat and the day they sell it
It really drives me nuts when this happens.

And arrogant boat snobs here in MA. We drove our old 21 all over- from Salem to oak bluffs and everywhere in between. The looks and attitudes of people when we would pull into a marina sometimes was ridiculous.

What drives me nuts are the guys that spend all there time washing polishing and cleaning there boats and never use them. At our marina there are boats that never move.

People pulling their kids on tubes in a busy part of the lake. Its dangerous!! Go find a nice quite cove to pull your toys around!

When people leave their bumpers out while they are on plane!

My hitch stays in too. No other real pet peeves. I get on the water to relax and have fun so if someone is taking too long at the boat ramp I'll just relax a bit longer. Not gonna get water rage.

Jet ski's = smokers!
Sail Boats that use the ramp as busy parts of the day and clog up the ramp
People that use high beams at night on the ramp

Some of my favorites!

The first one I'm with ya. We have people that do it in the channel all the time when there is miles of open water.
The second one.....of all things .... why does that bother some people so bad? I on the other hand have found so many free floating fenders I haven't had to buy one for any of my many boats for over 25 years.
