Thx Justin.

Hoping getting the motors/bracket on will give me the boot in the ass I need.

We leave today for a wk on Kelleys Island.
Westher is supposed to suck so massive amounts of alcohol will be consumed.

How many pounds of "lift" (flotation) do you think the bracket will provide?

Twin O/B Sonic 04-30-2019 01:20 PM

According to my math, 340 .

I was pretty sure you'd already calculated it, but I was just curious. I would think that's pretty close.

Please excuse my ignorance, but how does the bracket provide lift? Is it from the surface area when the boat is not on plain? And how do you keep it from filling with water without making a sealed box?
