We had an old F-14 on rubber. The kickback from trying to start that thing put a younger, thinner me across the barn a couple times. I’m heavier now, I think I’d win if we still had it.

I can relate.
I had an 04.5 and I started running into issues in November and they kept coming! I don’t spend big money on trucks either but I did udpgrade to a 2012. It was well worth it!

Sold the big boat. New rig, 1988 Mako c.c. 17' towed by our 1977 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser. Appx. 250 hp combined.

Always loved those old Landcrusiers. Had a friend in high school with one. Years ago went to Costa Rica to visit a friend and we crossed a river with a couple, full water kits, it was over our doors. We towed a mini van across that couldn't make it.
