If you want speed check out the 35' Nordic compared to the 35' Fountain twice the cabin room, better looking and it is faster, faster, faster, faster by a wide margin!!!!

Faster?? by a large margin?? wonder why nobody races them in F2? If your faster than a 35 beaker "by a large margin" then a F2 title would be easy pickens...........

Nordic Gary- Well its funny you say Nordic. This summer we roll out of Holland heading to Saugutuck and this 35 Flame decides he wants to lock horns with the 11 year Fountian. Well, he thought he might have a race on his hands until I smiled and gave him the 1000 RPM I was sitting back on. It was great, and I still had an extra 70k to spend on my other toys!

My 9600lbs Fountain has no Flat?
that angle might be less than the 24* further up, but it ain't flat.

Just finished the Lauderdale Boat Show. Cigarette and Fountain are right across the dock from one another. One side of the dock looks like Marilyn Monroe, the other (in comparison) looks like gravel gertie!

Great question Nick.
Having recently been in the exact situation you described, and having done it in the back seat of a 36' Cigarette Gladiator, (fairly low freeboard), I think I'd like to answer this one...
My first choice would say Princess Cruise Lines on the side of it. If that was not available, I'm thinking the Cigarette hands down.
