Thanks, I'm pretty anal about my equipment... Hours are ~290, 90% saltwater use....

if you do go closed cooling it would be smart to run only distilled water in your cooling system about the first 5 times out and drain and refill ..The distilled water will help pull the salt out that has leached into the cooling passages. If you just add a coolant you risk turning it into a gel...

Plenty systems around for Factory power , what this hunt is about is finding a FWC system big enough for more cubic inch/ horsepower and also cooling aftermarket exhaust. That system a few post back is awesome but isn’t a full system.

More likely it would seem to be for larger cu. in. engines a custom fabrication of sorts would be required for a FWC systems & exhaust........I can see this getting very expensive.

Open 72.......So we both have tall decks (mine BBC 572 cu. in.) wondering what size heat exchanger would be adequate to cool a full system.

Same here, and I'm either going to put KE manifolds or IMCO Powerflow Plus on my 572....
