Not a single word from Rik. it's going through court system but it's very slow. He didn't bother turning up for court so default judgement was granted. What is sad is I know he still trading and ripping people off

Not sure what the legal term in your state would be, but in mine a “writ of execution” basically takes all of his stuff for the judgement.
