Jay,
There's a drop-dpwn menu which is set to view messages from the "last 10 days." Change it to from "The Beginning." and you'll find some long lost messages. Delete everything you don't need.
Repeat for the Inbox, Sent messages and message tracking folders.

Nothing in there
No messages from any time frame , or from the beginning.
I dont get this, I thought this issue was fixed from before.
Any other ideas?
