Alright guys, I talked with Frank and things are looking good. He has to finish up a few things and then he's going to get working on mine after the first of the year. Once he has them, he estimates 8 weeks until finished. Really awesome guy to deal with as well, in case it hasn't already been mentioned here.

As I understand it, this is true. Frank is on his own again, and Scorpion's majority partner sold Scorpion out to Ilmore. He's still known as "Scorpion Frank" around town here though.

That explains it. I thought I saw that too but didn't hear him mention it.
