Does it work, I have read reports that it reduces temp 10-15 degrees to the touch. From those that have it I would be interested in your opinion or those that have seen it your thoughts please.

Though I can't speak from real-world experience beyond a short boat ride or two, I do know that Cigarette and DCB are using it in conjunction with other materials.

I have it on the seat of one of my motorcycles. it works extremely well!
