where is the video of him playing Gi Joe in army pants pretending to fight like smurfs or something like that. He did make a video like that years ago. Does anyone remember that one ?

Stick to the diet , biscut/butter morning , lean pork sandwich white bread / lunch , white rice, grill chicken /dinner Friday/Saturday

Sunday was liquid, you can have coffee/no cream , went to work for a few hours , came home cut grass etc to keep my mind/body occupied. Plenty of water.

It's that first taste of that prep at 4 pm is when it went downhill. Then again at 7. the party started about 9 ...

4AM had to drink the final..OMG.....the taste is ....you will shed a tear....

Then , 2 hours later- just when you come back to what you think is your manhood, You assume a position that is not natural... and take 1 for the team...

The worst......

Well that certainly made me feel better about it.

They put me out for mine...and I can tell you that when I woke up and for a couple hours after, I havent felt that good in years. What ever it is when they use to put you out... I woke up feeling more rested and without any pain whatsoever. (my back is perm. messed up, I have broke my neck before etc..the usual stuff).....

Just a tip for anyone getting psyched out at some of these comments who's never had one before.
I've said for years that I can't understand why if the prep drink is naturally saline/salty the makers try to give it a fruit flavor . FFS make it taste like Pizza or a burger !
Anyway , here's the tip : Chill the prep drink as thoroughly as you can , and I mean COLD . Chill your glass too , keep it in the freezer. And drink through a straw , it seems to help fool the palate !
edit to add .. out here they also knock us out . None of this crap where they 'relax you' and you can watch the whole procedure on a monitor as well !

Except for the part when you wake up and think "I was just violated".

I added some crystal light powder to the first round , don't do that. Made it 10x worse.

I opted for the injected ruffie.

1other thing, I did it through a program called Colonoscopy Assist it's nation wide . Total charge was $1275 - so look that up ... I do not have insurance and set up everything over the phone.
