My parents bought nearly an entire floor of ocean front condos out of foreclosure in Port A in the early 80's-- refurbed and rented with success and sold off a few that as they reached the age it was hard to keep up with the routine items.
The ones they have left they are willing to taking a loss after hurricane claims but can't give away at the moment due to rental restrictions--YMMV.

Confused me again. Bought in 80s. And can't sell now. What's the hurry after 35 or so years. And having a hard time believing 35 years later they did bad on that investment.

Private client done before this mess also 2.5 % Apple was only a year ago only $500k The big money with Chase 3% no brag just fact do your home work wait! Also no default insurance on stocks! Go to a casino?
