The stated goal initially was to slow the infection rate to a level that doesn’t overwhelm hospitals. Except for maybe NYC, they have not been overwhelmed.
Natures “vaccine” is herd immunity.
You can’t achieve herd immunity without a high percentage of the population getting infected.
Most of the infected don’t even have symptoms.
Its likely to become seasonal so probably not going away.
Not sure how this all warrants throwing the country into a Great Depression.
Unless other motives are in play.

And they are damn proud of it.
Have you ever heard a conservative say “ awesome, we have a crisis, let’s use it to include legislation that would otherwise be voted down. The Dems have gone so far down this road that it’s what they consider SOP now.

and dont forget Bill Maher, whom i used to think had a little common sense, openly wished for a recession as to help trump lose reelection. i think that is a common feeling from allot of democrats today.

I'm slightly left of center politically, Bill Maher is a toxic piece of sh*t.

It's been cold and snowy here in my area of Michigan. Woke up today to a dusting of snow. This should keep the heat off our governor for now but this ridiculous powerboating ban had better end by the end of the month. (along with many other ridiculous restrictions)

Not everyone lives in fear like you buddy.
Not everyone is a sheep.
The economy needs to open up now before it`s too late
