might depends on what you are looking for... is'nt the baja 38 cockpit much more bigger than the 38 more like race style cockpit? If you are looking to beach and enjoy eating in the cockpit a lot, some baja have the U bench seat with table right?
for quality i would say Donzi also... for cockpit size i would say baja... unless my memory is wrong!

No, the 38ZX has a huge cockpit and cabin. You are thinking of the ZR, which is alot smaller and more geared towards high speed.

Exact, after return on photo, the back seat on Java is in U, the back page is smaller than on the donzi, it is true that apparently the back seat of Java seems to support more people with the possibility of doing a square with a table.

Build quality of the Baja is pretty poor, especially compared to the donzi. I had a customer that went from the 38 special to a zx Daytona. While the Baja layout was better, the overall quality of the boat was far inferior.
