Hey all I have a 2002 36' Baja Outlaw that Iam sending to South Florida (Fort Lauderdale,Boca) area
The boat has been sitting for the last 5+ years not in to bad of shape I am looking for
a place in Florida then can restore boat
* Go Through Engines (2) Merc's 454 HO's
* Re-Upholster interior (headliner,carpet)
* Repair misc latches and hatches.
If anyone knows of any reputable people that can do this in that area please feel free to send me there contact info.
I am also looking to move the boat there with a reputable Hauler (no trailer) .
thanks again have a great weekend.

1st - no boat mechanics/rebuilders in Boca
2nd- S Florida is likely one of the most expensive places to get a performance boat repaired.
3rd- Have you planned a budget and compared that to the value on a 18-19 year old Baja? I'd call Jason at Brand X to feel him out on the costs of your plans before having the boat show up on his doorstep.
4th- Have you checked storage rates in the Boca/Ft Lauderdale area? Boca has none but Marina One in Deerfield isn't going to be cheap. You won't have a ton of options for a 36
ME? I'd ship that boat from NY to over the border into the Toronto area and take advantage of the 28% savings in currency exchange. Even if you get hurt for a few bucks in US parts the labor rates will save you the most.
