so the question is then what needs to be done to resolve the ban? How long is this ban. I know you can’t give out and maybe you don’t know who it was that was doing it. But valued information doesn’t come easy. We’re a community how can we as a boating community have his back and make it work? He’s helped a lot of people and I would like him to be able to continue to help others.

seems you should have banned the annoying member as that would have gotten rid of the noise without the loss of free information for problem solving.

Agree. Not for or against. He added value, but he also did a ton of advertising for his own benefit. I have no idea if he was talked to by OSO or not, but my guess is he was. Why wouldn't he be willing to pay for some of that benefit. I was always surprised he wasn't an advertiser or at least a paying member. Do we think OSO gets to run this site for free?

Sorry I’m all about brotherhood and thinking that the whole world works like that where we all have each other’s back. Seems like 99% of people here and boaters Ivey have had the same views. Just wish we could do something to make this right and fix it.
