I would think you could send a drone down and hook up an air bag or cable to the radar arch and at least get it closer to the surface.
My arch on my SCARAB 34 was anchored down pretty well.

Hope they have good insurance. That's going to be a big bill.

I believe that most insurance doesn't cover boat salvage. Might be a good time for everyone to read the fine print on their policies..

Don’t think we know what shot the picture do we?

Could have been a robotic sub.

I will say that back in my wreck diving days, upper Mi/Canada/Great Lakes was known for water clarity due to its cold water (algae won’t grow) and deeper it is, better it is.

Boat was confirmed at 178 feet depth. Blue Eyes is a drone.

Some of those outboard boats are looking real attractive! Note they dropped this from a crane, then cut it in half and took it for a ride.

I hate it when bilge vents are mounted below the rub rail. Not saying it caused the sink, but doesn't help when it starts to go down.

+1 on outboard boats.

can you shoot me a pm with some details. Thinking it’s now time to replace my radio with a good working unit.
